Without a Marketing Co-ordinator many families wouldn’t know about Little Oaks Pre-School so its really important that we have one not only to tell new families about us but also to keep our existing families up to date with the things that are going on at Little Oaks. Our main Marketing Platform is Facebook and our website but we also have our newsletter, posters and flyers to tell families what is happening at the Pre-school.

The role of the Marketing Co-ordinator:

  • Develop potential advertising opportunities.
  • Produce press releases and distribute as necessary.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the production of marketing materials.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the social media platforms.
  • Maintain a relationship with the local media.
  • Ensure all advertising and newsletters are archived historical reference purposes.
  • Assist management team with the development and maintenance of the website.
  • Write prepare and distribute the termly news letter.
  • Liaise with committee and Management regarding the content of the news letter.

This is a great role if you are enjoy being on social media and you have a bit of a creative flair. You must be organised, computer literate and have an attention to detail. It is also important that you have a access to a computer that has publisher or other publishing software.
