Terms and Conditions

  • Fees and sundries fees are payable every ½ term. They are due the last week of the previous term. Fees for September 1/2 term are due the 1st week of that 1/2 term. These invoices will be posted in August. The due date will be printed on your invoice. If your child receives Government funding sundries fees will still be due, currently £2.50/session.
  • A £15 fee will be charged on your next invoice for late payment. If fees remain unpaid, your child’s place cannot be guaranteed. You may be asked not to bring your child until the amount is settled.
  • Fees are payable for all holidays and absences your child takes. Fees are also payable if the Pre-School is closed for any event beyond our reasonable control including poor weather conditions making the school unsafe to attend.
  • If you wish to remove your child from the Pre-School or reduce the number of sessions, you must give one (term time) month’s notice, in writing, to the Pre-School Supervisor. Failure to give such notice will result in you being liable for one month’s fees.
  • Any request to increase/decrease the number of sessions that a child attends must also be requested in writing to the Pre-School Supervisor. If the child receives the Nursery Education Grant then any increase/decrease should be agreed before the beginning of a new term and a change of hours form should be completed and handed in.
  • Little Oaks sessions are 3 hours and you are charged per session on the week days you have chosen for your child to attend. Your child is eligible for a Government grant the term after their 3rd birthday and they are entitled to a maximum of 15 funded hours per week.
